anchor man

Question

Is there a product out there that works to prevent fogging on eyeglasses? I must me hot headed or something, because many times after drilling holes (hand auging), rigging lines and setting up the shelter-I take a seat to fish inside it and fog up until I finally cool off....it get's a bit annoying...

I have used cat dump for years and it seems to do the trick most of the time. I put it on my ski goggles. It comes in a small, round, red, plastic case about inch in diameter and 1/4 inch thick so its pretty small.

There was someone selling a product at the ice show that cleaned glasses and had an anti fog, don't remember the name but it was a purple solution.

White Stag is one product I've used. Comes in a small white plastic squeeze bottle. Should be able to find it at ATV and Snowmobile shops.

i work in the warehouse at NAPA auto parts in the summer and we carry a Rain-X prodect i think that helps eliminate fog on wind shields. I got some for paintball masks but havent tried it out yet. Try the Rain-X Fog stuff, if it works for a windshield it should work for eye glasses.
