Die Hard Icers?

How many of us are so die hard we are cringing with this weather. I tell my buddies I wish it was colder they look at me like im crazy.

Bottom line is ice conditions are tough right now up by us.

I plan on checking some spots today but a wind does not help.

We need cold fellas.

This aint gonna do it.

I get that exact same look...and I cringe when they say I wish it was warmer out or dont worry its going ot warm back up

Next week looks good out here in New New England. I'm shooting for the 18th of December. My wife and I always go out on New Years day....I hope that does not change this year.

People thought I was crazy getting my fish house ready in August. You know, just in case we get another ice age I wanted to be ready.

When I say I want below 0 temps for a week I get looked at like I just grew a second evil head.

Yep,one reason I traded a snowmobile for a fishouse because we always get ICE in the winter!!

This last weekend, the report looked pretty good for possibly getting out for this weekend. The ole weatherman is saying highs in the mid 40's and lows in the 30's. YIKES! That's alright though, the ice fishing expo is this weekend. I'll spend time and $$$ there.

I'll be ready for the following weekend.
