This house was built just two years ago and has hardly been used. I have only had it out about a dozen times and I have decided to sell it because I am looking for a cargo trailer. Thank you for your inquiry! I have been asked about the weight by others and I never had an exact answer, so I decided to get it out of storage. I just took it over to the local farm elevator and the total weight is 1890 lbs. The tongue weight is 200 lbs. I can easily lift the trailer from the ground to the hitch. It is also equipped with a jack as well. I have attatched a photo of the house hooked up behind my jeep. As you will notice there is absolutely no sag on the rear of my jeep. I have towed the house to lacations over 4 hours away. I built the house solid and it should last a lifetime. You wouldnt be dissapointed.

Yes, I do have the fish house available for sale. I have had numderous inquiries about the house, however, it seems that my location is quite far away for most interested individuals. I would like to find a convenient time for any serious party interested and maybe we could find a place to meet.
