Rifle sites for slug barrel question

I bought a riled slug barrel for my Rem 870 20ga. and it shoots low and a little right. My question is "Do you slide the back site forward or backward to raise or lower the shot? Also, for side to side. Which way do you move it to make it shoot a little right?

Move the rear sight in the direction that you want the round to go. If you move the rear sight to the right, your shot will move to the right. If you raise the rear sight, it will raise the shot.

The best way to visualize it is that if the rear sight moves to the sight, then you have to more the end of the barrell to the right to line it up with the new rear sight position.
