6x10ft. ICE FISHING HOUSE FOR SALE $475

I AM LOWERING THE PRICE TO $150, SO I CAN GET SOME ROOM IN MY DRIVEWAY. THIS IS A STEAL, THE MATERIAL ALONE IS WORTH MORE THAN THAT!!!

I have a 6x10 ice fishing house that I built last year but, I am selling because I just got a bigger one. This house doesn't leak, stays warm with just a sunflower propane heater and is ready to go out on the ice now.
*5 Holes
*2x3 stud walls
*2x10 green treated skid runners
*12v lights(outside,hole lights,main light in middle and light up reflector marker lights on outside walls. all on switches)
*tar paper and shingled roof
*outside is painted tan and has 2 plexi-glass windows.
*custom welded towing hitch with 2in coupler.(you can use to pull house with your truck or wheeler on the lake.)
*4 rattle reels
*flip down bench(could be used as bunk.)
*2in styrofoam insul in about 90% of the fishouse.
*coat hooks amd shelves
*open and closeable air vents
*roof is slanted about 6 ft high on 1 side and 7.5 ft high on the other side( plenty of head room)

I am sorry I don't have any pics. now my camera is broke. I live in the Forest Lake area if anybody wants to come by to see it. If you don't have a trailer we may be able to work something out for delivery.

Yes the ice house is still for sale. Because I've had so many calls on the subject (no, there are not retractable wheels on the house.) If you are looking for that type of ice shack they start out at $3000-4000. This is the type you take to a lake and leave it there, unless you want to load it up and move it to another lake, which I have done easily enough in the past.

If you don't have lake access where you can store the ice house then you will need some sort of trailer to take it to and from your lake of choice. I estimate the house to weigh about 900 lbs. Asking $400

I am lowering the price to $150 just to get some room back in my driveway. You can't even get a portable for this price, this is a steal, the material is worth more than that. There is nothing wrong with this ice house, it's ready to go out on the lake, built last year; the only reason I am selling it is because I just bought a new retractable wheel ice house and I don't have the room for both.
