R Deer decoys legal?

I think deer decoys are illegal to use in MN and my buddy says the are not. So if there are any CO's out there or if you know the answer I need help settling this.

Yes but be smart and wrap it in orange or take it apart in a bag. I know someone who was shot in the shoulder carring a decoy out. He and the shooter were not the brightest in that situation.

Definitely legal, I wouldn't use one during gun season because I don't think you need it then & you could get shot. It sure shouldn't be too dangerous to carry one in & out during bow season. Let's hope no one is stupid enough to fail to notice the person carrying the "deer" when they're in bow range.
