Marcum repair help?

Sent my LX9 into marcum last week and was wondering about repair times and if anyone had a phone number for the repair center?

How about an email? Probably very busy this time of year & you might get a faster response by emailing.

 In the past I've found MarCum to be pretty fast with replacement.   Did you contact them before you sent in your flasher and did they give you a RMA number?  I'd follow up using that info from where you left off.

I found an email address & a toll free phone # in my user manual yesterday. I can get it for you, if you need it.

You DO need an RO # before ya send it in...give chris a call @ 1-888-778-1208.

That's how I did it. It took about 9 business days for my repairs to be made.

Still no returned LX9 and they have had it in there shop for 14 business days, they have returned my emails but seem to be unable to get it done very timely. Not very good service in my opinion!
