Ribs on a cold day

Just a little bit breezy here today so it's a little bit difficult to keep the temps down where I want them. Oh well, that's why I usually only smoke baby backs on the Weber. They're looking good and I'll be putting them in foil soon.

Slow grill @ 250* in 10* temps...with lotsa apple wood smoke.
