Pop up in lower right hand corner

How do I get this pop up ad off the screen permanently? It only occurs on this sight and pops up every time I switch screens. It partially covers what is written by folks.

I just got a Date a Rich Woman pop up on mine when viewing on the cell phone. Not sure where that came from. Wonder if Mrs. Cheviot would mind?
