98 cents at cashwise so grabbed some, went back and grabbed more.  

trying a recipe I saw online. Brine in Dr Pepper and a little kosher salt for a couple hours. Rinse, dry off, apply rub and into the smoker. Testing latter.

Well, ya confused Smurfy.   Try plopping them in a concentrated apple juice overnite sometime. (Half a Can of frozen AJ, and about one cup water, ziploc bag 'em.)

Sessi said it's time for foil for a couple hours. I put sweet baby rays in the foil this time.

Nothin' like a pile o' csr's, IMO. Bowl of slaw, some garlic toast, and yer set. Gotta watch those pooches, though. They're sneakier than ya think. Best hide a few of those.
