Since Leech Lake isn't here to derail this I have to make one little off topic sort of on topic thing.  NOW I want oyster stew.  Thanks Thunder.  I think tomorrow we will have hor de ourves and Oyster Stew.  The wife doesn't like it. (so I am on topic)  So I can eat it all.  With onions and garlic and butter mixed in.  Maybe a pack of those small shrimp too.

Might as well throw in a few crab legs, too. :grin:

Love rocky mountain oysters, good stuff, had them all the time down south in oklahoma when on a harvest crew. the one hated dish i can remeber, althou I dont recall the name was a orange jello dish with shreded carots in it, Kinda like the cat food jello mold in National lampoon christmas.

Rebel.......why?  That is all I'm asking......granted when you start out with melted down Hooves I guess you can only go up with the flavor profile.

LOL  And they got on the "younger generation" for "experimenting with drugs"....;)
