There are many websites to purchase from. They don't save you a ton of cash, but generally a little cheaper than a retail store.

Try Lion Country Safari they carry Tritronics and have the best price around.
Tritronics is a great collar. Waterproof with great range. The remote unit is heavy duty.

I picked up a tri-tronics E-collar and E-bark collar at the local pawn shop cheap (Less than 125) and have used them for 3 years.

You might want to try the Collar Clinic. They sell new stuff but they also sell reconditioned collars that are guaranteed.

Another good thing is that they take trade-ins. A number of years ago I had a collar that I thought was shot and they gave me $100 on the trade.

One note on E-collars. Don't buy one with pieces. Some collars you have to take the collar off in order-change plugs in order to increase or decrease the shock level. It is worth the extra money not to have to deal with that.
