Not weird, but good...stuff some large California figs with goat cheese, or I llike swiss with almonds, and roll up in a strip of bacon. Bake at 425* a few mns until bacon is done.

Pb and j with smoked oysters is probably the wierdest combination I've tried. I havent tried pb and mayo yet, this was the third time I've heard they're good

Friends of mine used to have a thin slice of cheese melted on a piece of homemade apple pie.  It was great and I haven't had it for years.  I want some now.
