Hawg
Jiffy's are very easy, if you can sharpen a lawn mower blade you can do a Jiffy. If not any hardware store can probably do it.
Boar
alot of times one can sharpen those jiffy chipper blades by just hittin them with a file to knock out the dings.
Twisted
Don't forget the tip. More important than the blades... It takes a knack to do any of the blades correctly but hand tools are all that are needed.

SHAWSKI
I send all of my knives and auger blades to twisted. He is just a naturally sharp guy. He's so sharp, I once saw him skin an eelpout with his thoughts. gunner55

SHAWSKI
Woe, That's very sharp.Lol! Actually, I have a Sharpening jig that I made for the old straight chipper style blades. I made the jig many years ago after I experienced epic fail after a hasty angle grinder sharpening job on an old strikemaster. After friction boring 4 tip up holes with 2 guys basically laying on the power head.... I decided I was not going to experience that embarrassment again. So, I built a sharpening jig that is adjustable to dial in on the existing grind angle of the blade. The jig is ridiculously overbuilt, and in hindsight the whole jig concept was a bit overkill. Does it work? Oh hell yes, these blades are spectacularly straight and true, sharp as a dam razor and exactly the right angle. But, I agree with twisted and boar, if the blade hasn't been screwed up by some goofball with a grinder, you can lock the blade in a vice and use a good flat file to follow the existing angle, one swipe at a time. It will probably only take a few swipes with the file and you are good to go.

Boar
I used to be sharpe, but ther was this decade called the 80's that im still trying to recall, I know it exists because old freinds tell me I was there, but there just seems to be a void when I I try and recall it. so Now I just cut the cheese. lol! Twisted
Resharpening blades after some hooligan uses a grinder isn't all that bad. Try fixing up one after some foolish gent used his ice auger to drill holes for a pole shed. I have pics but probably can't post them.
