If this year is like the last two, I will be on the ice exactly 2 months from today!  Next 60 days need to pass fast!

Yes sir! New jigs, plastics, auger, flasher have all been ordered. Last year First Ice for me was 11/21 and I'm hoping it's the same this year...or earlier!

I was gonna make some snide, sarcastic comment about you guys thinking too far ahead and think about all the good fall fishing and then I realized I was in the Ice fishing forum in Sept... Yeah OK... I got the fever too.

Haha well said. Yeah, I plan on getting into some fall pigs here shortly and even sneaking in some hunting all before first ice...but I'm still excited for that first outing!

Hopefully we'll be out around Thanksgiving again this year....Awfully warm Oct though.
