I Found BIGFOOT!!!

I should rephrase that, to "I found my BIGFOOT"

 

For the longest time I swear that you guys have been screwing with me about Lobster Mushrooms......

They have seemed to be something made up around a campfire.... yet only really existed on the internet..... or perhaps something from Narnia.......

But..... One hundred feet into the woods today, what do I find? 

My own BIGFOOT

'Course I only found one, but I also had another first, a nice King Bolete (at least I believe, and also found a couple past prime).

It was, as my wife said over the phone to me, "A ba-gillion degrees outside", but the bugs weren't too bad and it was tolerable in the shade .

Grabbed a nice haul of Chants too. Not 50lbs like Jerkin'em, but more than enough to make me smile

I also took a few pics of some other stuff in the woods today. (Artist Conk, Coral, Clubs, Oysters)

Congrats on the lobster!!!  They're one of my favorites.

Nice find B-man. It is a purdy one at that. Remember my first..... stepped on it before seeing it.
