Livewell pump replacement/fix....

I have a 2004 Lund Fisherman tiller and the livewell pump has quit working, the fuse has been checked and double checked. Is there an easy was to access it without taking the whole back end of my boat apart?

Your best bet is through the rear access panel (circle)...

Let me rephrase the question. I can find the pump no problem, but how does it come out? Is the base perm mounted and the 'guts' pop out with a twist or what?

I don't know on that model but a quick call to a dealer should solve your problem. My guess its a cartridge type that you turn counter clockwise to release but that's just a guess.

Or it might be a snap-in body where you have to pry a tab out to lift it off.

I don't recall on a 2004 Fisherman... it should be a twist out style...

Tap the pump with a stick or other object, they often just stick over the winter.
