Sadly, our frig died a few weeks ago and I had to throw my last 4 Qt, bags of frozen Morel's out!

My freezer is fine but I threw mine out anyway...just not the same as fresh. Maybe I'll try the dehydrating thing this year.

Ate yummy mushroom soup from frozen....earlier today, usually use oysters or lobsters, but splurged and used chants! Looks like tapping time is here already, but the best fishing is yet to come. Will be a quandary; regardless, lots of good things to come......

I tried tapping our maples one year. Ended up making a block of maple sugar!!
