I added the simply block adds extention for google chrome. works great to stop the video that pops up on FM and HSO down at the bottom while I am reading a thread. It also stops pics from poping up on hsolist and screws up NCIS viewing on the CBS site. So i need to turn it on and off a lot. lol any other add blockers out there that might help or maybe I should switch to firefox.

Not sure about chrome but I use adblock edge on firefox and it works fine.

I also use a tracking blocker, now called blur i think.

I tried using simply block too, and too much stuff wouldn't work. I am using adblock and have yet to run into issues.

Try Ghostery, allows you to turn individual components on should you wish. Haven't used Adblock in a few years since using Ghostery.

Yeah its amazing all the things tracking our web visits, or not since I've been using Ghostery. My spam is almost non-existent since I've switched to it.
