Lip_Ripper Guy Posted January 20, 2015 Share Posted January 20, 2015 What's the scoop on the Marcum service centers these days? I stopped by one up in Brainerd 5 or 6 years ago. Is that still there? I have an LX5 that likely needs a transducer, but I'd like to have them take a look at it to confirm before I drop $100 on a new one. leechlake Posted January 20, 2015 Share Posted January 20, 2015 I keep hearing this about non call backs. I'm going to do a test and see how long it takes. I will start a new thread, I do have a Marcum. Most products these days have some reminder in the owners manual to contact the mfg not the retailer for customer service. loadmaster Posted January 20, 2015 Share Posted January 20, 2015 Understand. Had several questions and just went back to Marine General and they helped but still looking for one more answer. Have a LX 7 one month old. Maybe it is just me, still trying to dial it in, but my target marks are huge even when using a small jig and waxie. Was on LOW this weekend using a Demon and the head, and my jig took up almost two feet on the scale. Also a small split shot would show up large. Tried all the adjustments still no luck.
