There isn't one in Brainerd anymore as that was the old owner of Marcum (Nature Vision) and they aren't around anymore. Versa Electronics is the owner now and they are off of Quebec Ave down in St.....Paul?????

I keep hearing this about non call backs. I'm going to do a test and see how long it takes. I will start a new thread, I do have a Marcum. Most products these days have some reminder in the owners manual to contact the mfg not the retailer for customer service. Frankly with my Marcum I'd call Reeds before the mfg, little more of a relationship they have than a sole person.

Understand. Had several questions and just went back to Marine General and they helped but still looking for one more answer. Have a LX 7 one month old. Maybe it is just me, still trying to dial it in, but my target marks are huge even when using a small jig and waxie. Was on LOW this weekend using a Demon and the head, and my jig took up almost two feet on the scale. Also a small split shot would show up large. Tried all the adjustments still no luck. Sen - 0 Target 0-10 no help.

I have had reason to contact them three times in the last two months, one phone call and two emails. The phone was answered the fourth ring and the emails within a day. Don't know what I did right. All problems resolved.
