Unhook castle from hitch ?

Once your house is set up and you left it hooked to ball hitch. Can you unhook without cranking house all the way back up?

I don't think you can once it's down.

It can be done although it is not designed to be done! I have a 2007 ice castle and last year we had to run in to shore but did not want to crank the entire house up as wife and son were staying back. We just unbolted the tube frame going to trailer hitch and pulled it off. When we got back we just put the bolt back in! I can tell you it wasn't the worse thing in the world to do but not as easy as just unhooking the truck while the house is still up:)

It depends on how high your truck is and if you can get it off without it being bound up. Mine is close but an easy chisel pry pops it off. Why leave it hooked up anyway?

Pull the pin on the receiver hitch and pull forward then put the hitch back in after you have pulled away.

I do it all the time. if you have a hydrolic you just crank few times then hit the down button then crank and then hit the botton and it comes right off my truck. and you can do the same thing with a crank did it all the time with my 06 ice castle

Why leave it hooked up anyway?

Why NOT leave it hooked up?? When I'm done with my evening of fishing it takes me about 5 minutes to crank up and go, no hitching needed. If you're by yourself its a pain to get backed up and hitched up.
