The Spro frogs are really good, and the Live Target ones aren't bad either. I know some guys who swear by the Booya Pad Crasher. Jusry is still out on the Strike King KVD frog for me... Straightened the hooks out on one this summer.

I like the Booyah Padcrashers. I don't fish frogs a ton, buy these have been pretty decent. Guess the only issue I have with them is that one out of the 4 that I have does seem to fill up with water faster than the others. Just have to squeeze it once in awhile. I've tried the Cabelas ones and they seem ok, but most of them have been relegated to the cabin tackle box now. I've also tried the Scum Frogs, but haven't really caught much on those.

I like Spro Jr frogs. Smaller size seems to increase the hookup ratio drastically.

Heh... I find it just the opposite. Smaller ones are easier to knock into the air. Depends on how/where you fish I suppose.

Small fish can't seem to hit the big frogs right. It doesn't stop them from trying though, and it does get pretty frustrating. Honestly though I prefer Rage Toads to the floating frogs though. Letting that frog sink a few inches in the holes in pads and thick weeds is just deadly.

Kind of why I fish spoons in a lot of situations most guys fish frogs... Plus can fish them faster. Spoons they eat the whole thing, plus you can drop them into holes/swim them through open pockets.

+1. Three years ago when we had really high water I used frogs almost every time out. I ended up switching to the smaller sized spro for this exact reason and don't get near as many misses on it. I dunno, maybe our bass are smaller than Alabama or FL bass. Either way, I'm a believer.
