Well i bought the 949 i that everyone says is so great what a joke. both zippers are like the hardest i've ever had to pull I'm afraid they will break. the hubs are all twisted like a pinwheel they dont straighten out and the one wall even in the calmast condition tonight keeps popping back in. did i get a lemon or what. I will try to set it up in the house so it can stretch some any thoughts or ideas or should i just return it

Mr. Pike, Take it back and get another. It sounds like you might have gotten a lemon or that most of the problems might be due to something not positioned properly or the right length or ?. I bought one of the original 949 non insulated models, but have been lucky so far with no problems. Zippers are taut, but not like yours. It has been a good, roomy house. So far, it even fits back into the bag. However the bag has so many loose threads coming out of it that I expect that to shred one of these days soon. Good luck with it.
