JP Z
Got this recipe for a gal who works for me and it is great. Made it last night almost the same FRIED CABBAGE WITH SAUSAGE (great for low carbers) This is a quick and easy dish. 1 stick butter or margarine 1 small head of cabbage, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into round pieces (I use turkey) 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes or rotel tomatoes 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper Melt butter in large skillet. Add cabbage, onion, and cook on medium high for about 5 minutes stirring to keep from sticking to pan. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 20 – 25 minutes. The 2 changes I did was 2 cans of tomatoes, just drain one of them. And only 3/4 stick of butter....you know to be healthy. Here is the finished product, I ended up using both cans of juice in my Tomatoes so that is the extra liquid.

JP Z
It's good, super easy to which I'm a fan of. I think for next time I may make some rice to go along with it, then it is kinda like a cabbage roll casserole.
