Cleaning the Hummer feeder

I like the one cup style feeders like this. First off I take the red flowers off cuz they get nasty pretty quick. When it starts to get a little gunk on the inside of the bottle, I put about an inch of hot soapy water in it with about 100 beebees. Then shake it like crazy till the gunk is all loose. I drain it to a plastic colander, then just rinse the beebees and let them dry and then back in beebee box. Works pretty slick so thought I'd share.

Baby bottle washer/brush works on the same feeders we have ,,,we have to clean our 4 times a season and thats what my wife uses

An old toothbrush works relatively easy on cleaning small holes/gaps. Soak in soapy water for a bit before. whistle
