what do you use to poke eggs?

I don't always have a needle in the kitchen to poke my eggs. I've used:

tacks, pins, ballpoint pens. One time we were hunting and couldn't find anything so a guy took his firing pin out of his shotgun so we could properly prepare our eggs.

Any others uses other items but a needle? Let's hear them.

buy a box and store them everywhere. get with the program... lol

I spent some time thinking:

fish hook, the pointy thing on a belt, needle from tire pump, a large northerns y bone just to name a few.

used a drill bit once to try nd scramble and get a yellow hard boiled egg. did not work lol
