Herky2002
1. This one was huge. Maybe a bolette? Here's the big guy from the top: 2. Found tons of these everywhere. I think they are a kind of bolette, but they stained blue when bruised, which I think means we shouldn't eat them? 3. Found a couple of these. They were gray with big spongy caps. Again, I'm thinking bolette of some kind? 4. These were very watery and delicate. Would fall apart to the touch. 5. We know this one. Nice COTW. Yummy! pushbutton
Boletes for sure, first ones look like blue staining, and would offer caution. Hopefully, seperate bags for "known" and "unknown".......

Jameson
A bolete is most easily identified by having pores instead of gills. You've got mostly boletes there, buy which varieties I'm not sure. Here are my best guesses, check with three books and get two first hand takes from experienced shroomers before you think about eating them : 1. bolete of some sort, pretty wormy. 2. Ash tree bolete, some eat it 3. bolete, and a good one, maybe King Bolete, but don't take my word for it! 4. no idea, but it's not a bolete. 5. COTW (maybe, maybe a bit past it's prime)
