While out in the woods today at work I saw a pile of these guys. Trying to get a pic of the stem and under the cap up too. The stem was brownish and the bottom of the cap was yellow (spongy, not gilled) and would stain dark brown when pushed on.

Wait for someone smarter than me to confirm, but that looks (and sounds like) a Chestnut Bolete. At least, that's what I came up with when I looked them up in my field guide. Supposedly a good edible, but there are too many that look too similar for me to take a chance. I chickened out, but I could have picked several (found under mature oak trees in a fairly open area).
