Minnetonka - No wake zone

Anyone fishing on Minnetonka..? there is a NO WAKE zone on the entire lake. Got a tourney out there in a few weeks, its going to take a long time to get to some spots.

I would think that would have to do with all the raw sewage that was pumped in there and they don't want it to get worse??? That stinks, I'd find spots right by the access

Doesn't have anything to do with the sewage just the high water level on the lake. Extra patrols out there this weekend and anyone with a vee behind their boat will be ticketed.

I would probably just throw down the trolling motor and fish the weedline to my spot at a pretty quick pace.

I was out there on Wednesday night and the NWZ was only within 600 feet of shore.
