Beef Ribs

I always forget just how much I like beef ribs.... until I start smoking some, then it all comes back. I did these last week and smoked a Texas Hot Link to go along with them. These were wrapped for about 45 minutes, then I added a little Parkay and agave nectar and rested them for about an hour.

I was running the pit at 250° and I went about 3-1/2 hours, then wrapped for about 1 hour. I did spray them with a mix of 50% Wooster and 50% water with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce added.
