Lemon Plant

Recommended Posts

Lemon or Lime??? My neighbor has a lemon tree and they had more lemons this year than i could use in 5 years. They hang over my wall so when i need one or two just snag a limb and fresh lemon. I will take them oranges and swap for lemons when i have them. Give it a good fertilizer spike for citrus in the spring and fall, you will get more than you can ever imagine from that Tree. Good luck.

Well it would be nice to have fruit trees like that, but we are in Minnesota! Pine cones just don't seem to be the same! grin

that is cool have never seen one. The only reason i asked about the lime is the green ones in the back resemble a lime. I looked last night at the neighbors tree, seems they pulled most of the lemons off but if i can sneak a picture i will. Their tree has to be 20 ft tall. My little orange tree gets a spike of fert in the spring, and a spike in the fall. Two weeks ago bees were pollenating it so should have some nice oranges in the winter. You can't put homemade maple syrup on pine cones to help them taste better?
