I slice it thin and use for sammies and they disappear!Smoked venison:1 cup of Tender Quick1 gallon of water (use bottled spring water not tap)2 tsp crushed garlic1 tblsp black pepper1 tsp crushed red pepper1 tsp liquid smokeIf you like it spicy... Add 2 sliced jalepeno peppers Boil all till tender quick is fully dissolved. Let completely coolPut in glass or plastic container or 2 gallon zip lock bag. Place meat in brineLet sit in brine 7-10 days turning at least twice a day.Rinse meat under cold water.
