Where the fish biting? Sure seems like a dead sea at most lakes I've tried here in SWMN

They are all biting in the NEMN area today, but DONT go there, because by the time you get there the bite will be in the SEMN area. You could try to jump right to SEMN, but the bite may then change to NWMN. So my suggestion would be to keep fishing your area, and let us ALL know when they are back to biting in the NEMN spots. Also send pictures, GPS co-ordinates and what bait you were using, please.

Another suggestion would be to scroll down on the forum main page to the Forum with lakes in your area, im sure there will be posts about the bite and ice conditions. Good luck bud.

Have you heard anything on Mountain Lake? Seems like a guy can always find gills up there but I haven't ventured that way yet this year.

Yep. Argentina. Bait of choice: Head, shoulders, knees, but mostly toes (mostly toes).

I haven't been out ice fishin yet this year so can't tell ya where to go. I HOPE the bite is on in NW Wisco in a week though!

Slab, i would be out THIS week if i could in NW WI. I have a feeling this cold weather coming is going to shut it down faster than a 400lb pre-schooler on the kiddie ferris wheel.

Bwana, there's a big hot bite on West Grahm right now. It's no secret, the whole world knows aboot it. There's a small city out there. Good luck fishing and good luck being 20 feet away from another guy. Words out so it will be over real soon.

Over the past few days I've fished Bloody, Fox, Shetek, Lime, and Okebena with limited success. To get them you have to get out of the shack and hunt them down.

I haven't been able to pull many pike or walleye but panfish seem to be hitting good thru out the day and especially tward dusk real tight to weed edges.
