Dave
My younger son and I were walking through the Ice Show, snooping around, and we walked past the nicest looking lantern we've ever seen. Already having an old small lantern but, on its last leg, we kept walking until the "Light Heat Cook" option struck my brain. So, we went back to have a look. Cris and Anthony at the booth gave us the scoop on this bad boy and really has me thinking, we can have all three options while on the ice, from one package? Plus, it can burn most any type of fuel? Also, has me thinking we can cut a lot of weight by eliminating at least the separate heater and propane tank(s) and probably the battery and lights, too. And when not on the ice, use this outside the cabin to keep the bugs away during the summer by burning Citronella oil in it. Pretty versatile piece of equipment for year 'round use. The quality, technology and finish of this lantern is second to none, in my opinion. It even has a pressure gauge on it. Did anyone else check it out? What do you think? If you're going to the Ice Show on Sunday, check it out in person. I bet it'll have you thinking, too.
castmaster
They looked to be well made and a "neat idea", but I will stick to my Big Buddy and LED lights. No more fumes for this guy! No more burns from a hot lantern, or waiting for a lantern to cool down before packing it up.

Dave
Very high quality, from what I saw. It'd be nice if someone had one that a guy can see in action.

OnAFly
$200 lantern? No thanks. I'm sure it will do all three things, but I kind of doubt it does all three well.
