Went a bit too early in the year and numbers weren't what I was expecting, especially according to their HSOforum. They probably fudge the numbers to get people there to buy from their gift shop. smile Also, the wind was gusting 40 mph plus, which probably kept the wildlife hidden. I was a bit disappointed but still had a good time. My brother lives 3 hours south of there so he met me there for a day.

The only reason I took this shot is because I've never got a photo of 2 right next to each other. I needed the 1.4X on the 100-400 and then I had to manual focus. I did use a tripod but with the strong winds I had to hang onto the tripod so it wouldn't move. I just wish a person had a bit more freedom in places like this. If it was allowable, I could have closed the distance a little to get a sharper shot but it is what it is.
