Can I reuse it say for a chicken or small turkey if I keep in the beer fridge. Say in a week or 2 or best to just make a new brine. delcecchi Posted November 17, 2013 Share Posted November 17, 2013 If it were me, I would at least bring it to a boil before storing...I don't know if it is salty enough to inhibit bacteria, so that is what I would do.
