Aqua Vu Micro Tip

Those of you with this unit might have noticed that due to the thin cable and lightweight camera it tends to wander a bit which makes it harder to keep steady.

I took an extra clip, hung it the opposite way and attached a snap clip to it. Off of that, a flat bank sinker. You can adjust to the amount of current if need be. 2 oz works good.

Do you know where you can pick up the extra clip? Looked at Aqua Vu's HSOforum and didn't see it there.

mine came with an extra, also the other style clip that comes with it has a hanger on it for the same purpose

Had that problem last year, took a lead salmon sinker and cut it into a "fin", sprayed it black, and attached it with a clip swivel.

Yours look a lot better than mine! In the past I have broke the hooks of jigs and tied them on! It wasn't pretty but it worked.

I just picked up my micro and haven't used it yet. Has anyone had better luck with the wire hangers v the plastic hanger like in rebelss's picture?

Looks like the plastic in theory should be able to adjust the angle. How do you set it for up viewing?
