SHEESH! Really glad I tried this. Just ate 2. used neuchatel cheese since that is what I found in the fridge. Not hot so i love em!! Smoked on 230 for an hour with applewood.

just neuchatel cream cheese. never had done it before so tried something easy. might get more creative next time. they were very good!

Nice! Poppers are tasty little morsels. And can be pretty easy.
