Leaky
Just watched this show on Public TV and it might be the best instructional and informational show about grilling and smoking I've ever seen. He did Brisket (complete with the rub and mop sauce recipes), Chicken and T-Bones with a compound butter.Just checked out the web site and found one of the best collection of smoker/grilling recipes I've come across (And I look often). Along with the ingrediants, the recipes have very good step by step direction. Take a look when you have a minute (or maybe longer - once I started looking at the recipes I realized an hour went by). McGurk
I stumbled across him in much the same way a couple years ago. Luckily i set the dvr to get a bunch more. Stephen Raichlin (sp?) also has some great books on grilling and smoking. I just get a kick out of all of the humungous Weber Ranch Kettles they have lit all around the place as firepits. rockman
Raichlen had another tv show for several years prior to 'Primal Grill'. That show was entitled 'Barbecue U'. I used to watch it on PBS. Great show. Made me hungry just watching, most of the time.
stick
I have one of his cookbooks, and it is always my first "go-to" when searching for a good recipe. Some are grilling recipes, and some good smoker recipes.
