Moultrie 880 or 990

Have any of you used either one of this cameras? 880 is new version of the M80 and the 990 is a step above the 880.

Do they both fit into a CAMLOCKBOX??????

I want to get my new camera this week and I am leaning toward one of them, but I would like to get a reivew if possible.

I don't have either one of those, but i have a moultrie d555i and a d333. They both use a new motion sensor that will pick up motion over 80 ft, whereas the 880 and 990 use the same one as the old m80's that i am underwhelmed with now that i have seen what the 555 and 333 can pick up. My m80 black is in the woods now, and i hope to get the 555 and 333 to join it soon.

The big C has a couple of new moultries on their site that are comparable to the 880 and 990 but use the new sensors. I'd look at ordering one of those based on what i have seen with the 555 and 333's abilities before getting an 880 or 990 but it sounds like time is a factor. There are reviews and 1st hand sdiscussions on the 2 you are looking at if you use google.

The 990 is a blackflash cam, where the 880 is the "brake" light version. Be sure to check on Moultrie's webpage for the latest software update on the 2013 cams. A few issues have been addressed.
