I have had a few home brews and they turn out pretty good. It sure look's good.

6 weeks total for this one liter bottle. first one of 8. I'll put a couple more bottles in the fridge in a few days and stagger to see if it changes. Got a patriot lager batch at 4 weeks right now also.

It's good to let them sit in the fridge for at least 48 hours too, after the room temp conditioning. Some say a week which is usually what I do. Just helps the stuff settle out even more and some say also helps the carbonation dissolve into the beer more.

fun learning. Yepeer, 2 days in da fridge. I was very carefull when bottling. Nothing in the bottom of the bottle but goodness.
