Really like mine. Ran MotorGuide for many years and had always heard MinnKota are more weedless and it's a fact. Dunno how they do it. Only issue I have is the interference it is causing with my SI unit.Tried all the "internet fixes" to no avail but will be contacting Hummingbird soon for a kit that is supposed to be a the cure...hopefuly.

Absolutly love the lift assist and stow- it's very easy to use all around- nice adjustable cable tension setting and absolutely no 'play' or slop between my foot at the motor head. Mine is a 80# 24v w/universal sonar.

The problem is I only have mine on my boat for about 2 weeks in the spring then take it off and just have the rear one on for occasional use and emergencies. Once I got a used 3x steering for the rear I just don't need the front. So, I really should get rid of mine.

Was wondering the same thing...they sure get good reviews and just look sweet! Thinking about upgrading this year since my maxum is making a grinding noise on higher speeds but not sure if I wanna drop the money on one.

Shoot me an email Alagnak if you decide to sell yours.

I've had the chance to use it this past weekend and here's my review.

The lift assist is fantastic.

There's little play when stopping and going (power/no power/power).

It's smooth to turn even when on max power.

And it looks B.A.!

Con's - like mentioned before. The velcro strap holds down $1200 worth of motor. Seems cheap to me. Also, why doesn't a stabilizer bar come included?

Other than that's it's the cat's meow.
