LPCrowRiverFisherman
It looks as if the shallow lakes in south central MN have started to show some life in the shallows. Carp and Buffalo have been everywhere. Two of us hit a couple lakes yesterday, one lake was for numbers but lacks size and the other was for size. The numbers lake was a great way to get the shot down, we got 25, and I don't think a single one surpassed 4 pounds. The size lake didn't let down with at least 4 fish over 20 pounds, and only 11 fish shot. Shallow bays, cattails, and a little current seem to be holding rough fish right now. Couple of 25 pound Buffalo
