MN BassFisher
I just moved from MN to Colorado Springs, CO last week, I was itching to get out on the ice here. So on a 50 degree day I set off for a little lake 20 minutes from my place. I got into my first ever trout through the ice. A fun and memorable experience. PFUNK
Nicely done! I really like trout that size wrapped in tin foil and thrown on the grill. Very good eating! I just fished trout through the ice for the first time the other day here in Montana. When you lace into a big one you will be in for one heck of a fight. Pound for pound they have to be one of the hardest fighting fish I have caught. And the scenery is pretty tough to beat too!

bbfenatic
Great Job!Have a good friend that has lived there for many years and has a summerplace here in Detroit Lakes. He fishes trout out there and walleyes on a reservoir S of Colorado Springs....when he's not over at Cripple Creek sitting at the poker table! Spends summers up here in MN fishing crappies and eyes with us.
