Line recommendation?

Looking for some new line. Looking for 2lb and 6lb tests. What do you all recommend?

Northland bionic is good stuff. Try the flourosilk . You can also get the 1,3,5,7,9 pound sizes if you so choose good stuff.

Trilene XL. It's not new but I take it off my summer reels and use it on my winter rigs. Saves me money and it's not as "kinky" as some of those "speciality" ice fishing lines.

^ +1 Don't have to waste your money on the great gimmick known as "ice line" unless you want to. Otherwise Trilene XL works just as well as those "special ice lines".

I'm really impressed with the Sufix Ice line, I've been using 4lb on Mille lacs for walleyes, 3lb for crappie and 2lb for gills without issue, it nice to be able have crossover perch and walleye combos with the same line.

+2 on the xl, as good as anything. Never have issues with it.

It is a little bit on the expensive side but "ASSO ICE Heavy" line is by far the best line I have ever used. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
