MODIS updates

Does anyone know when they update the satellite imagery on the MODIS Today HSOforum? I was hoping to get an image for today but they havent updated it yet.

Mid day between 12-2 usually

The terra selection is taken at noon and the aqua is taken at 2 pm but the data will show up a little while after these times.

Go to the field where the date is visible. Click the drop down button and scroll up. It doesnt appear like you can, but you are able to. The images from 11/26 to yesterday were all clouded over, but today's looks pretty decent.

Click on the area of interest -- Minnesota?

To zoom in, click on 100m or 250m buttons

Scroll around the map

Use the drop-down menu to change the image date

Its defaulting to the upper midwest in the 250m view (zoomed in). In the upper left hand corner of the screen you should see a field with the date (this link should show "November 26, 2012". Click the little dropdown button next to it and a list box appears. Scroll up to more recent dates.

You could also use the "Previous Day" "Next Day" buttons as well.
