Im hunting muzzy ok, now On the north end of my property was beans an on the south end of the property was wheat an South east side was also beans. Last year was flip flop rotation on the crops. beans were taken off earlier tha usual this year. Im guessing I should hunt the wheat field of grasy shoots. I think the bean fields have been picked over to all most nothing. Would you guys hunt the green shoots or bean fileds.

from many farmers I know they had a lot of waste in areas where it was really dry. When the combined the heads knocked a lot of beans onto the ground. If you are in an area like that even with early harvest there could be more beans than normal. I guess you just need to look and see what's there.

Last weekend we had deer choosing beans over alfalfa but they can switch at a moments notice.

I hear ya, but the bean thing has me wondering, I agree with the spillage in area being dry thats what we've had here really dry summer. But whn i went out to set a blind in Oct. 18th for the yuth hunt there was plenty of spillage beans in the feild we wer hunting over, yeasterday I walked the same feild an didnt spi a bean. deer have been pickin at them since the early harvest which was two to three weeks early here for beans an would put that difference about right for MUZZY usualy. Tommorow Im put out three cams an one interior blind like u mentioned an keep another blind at the ready to adjust quickly if I have to. I get'er dialed in thanks for the input.
