Fried some up on the grill again tonight and made blts for dinner. I like to put a little chipolte seasoning on the mayo and you're good to go! pikestabber Posted November 15, 2012 Share Posted November 15, 2012 Hockey, what was your pork to venny ratio? I see in the Curly info it gives various options. I am usually a 70/30 guy for most venny things I make, but I was thinking of going 60/40 for the bacon (15lbs venny to 10lbs pork for a 25 pound batch).
