How much snow?

Having used old Ski-Doo's with bogies in the past, I need to hear from you experts on how much snow do I need on the ice to safely pull the fishhouse without damaging the hifax? Thanks in advance.

All you really need is a half inch or so to keep the hifax happy. As long as there are spots of intermittent snow you can hit, and you keep your speeds down, you should be ok.

I run my sled on the lake all the time. If you install Ice scratchers, you can go when there is now snow. But if you don't have them, all you need is patches of snow here and there and you should be good.
